*UPDATE* Although the Mississippi Shelter-in-Place order has lapsed, we have decided, in the interest of safety of our staff and customers, that we will delay our re-opening for just a little longer. We miss all of you terribly and plan to announce our plans on Facebook (TUNE IN LIVE on Facebook May 15th at 12:05 for an update!) We want to thank all of you for your continued support and patience as we work through these uncertain times. 

We will remain open for shipping and curbside pickup. If you choose curbside pickup at checkout, our pickup times will remain Mon – Fri 12:00pm – 5:00pm. Once you place an order online, you will receive an email (after your order confirmation email) stating that your package is "ready for pickup." Please wait for that email or text (if you choose text option) before you arrive. Once you arrive at the shop, text us from the parking lot. The Number to text is on the door. We will set your package outside the door.  For your health and the best interest of our staff, we ask that remain in your car until you package is set outside by the door.

1. We are taking limited phone orders at this time. If possible, please shop online HERE. If you need something that is not on our website, we are happy to help. Please send us an email (cottonblossomfarm@gmail.com) or click the "Contact Us" link on our website and we will get back to you in the order that it is received.  We are answering emails as fast as our fingers can type! :)
2. The shop will be closed for in-store shopping until May 18th.  We will reopen for appointment shopping starting on May 18th, 2020! If you are interested in a machine or fabric, please book an appointment on our calendar HERE. 
3. Now is the perfect time to purchase a new Baby Lock machine or one of our pre-owned machines, and we are happy to talk to you! Please send us your phone number and a good time to reach you. We have some amazing specials going on right now!
4. Curbside pickup:
   1. Processing times are around 1 business day. Same day service may be available but can not be guaranteed. 
   2. Pick-up is available Mon-Fri 12:00-5:00, please TEXT 601-405-1622 once you arrive. 
   3. PLEASE WAIT FOR AN EMAIL THAT states YOUR "ORDER IS READY." In addition, you can choose to get text updates at checkout. See picture below:
5. All of our fabric is online at www.cottonblossomfarm.com.  The available amount of each fabric is visible in the drop down boxes next to each fabric (Quantity). One box is for whole yards and the other box is for fractional amounts.  If you want 1 ½ yards click 1 in the first box and ½ in the box next to it. 
6. If you have a question about your order, please email us at cottonblossomfarm@gmail.com and we will get back to you as fast as we can. 
7. If you are looking for a specific fabric (MSU, Ole Miss, Grey, Pink, etc), please check our website before emailing.
8. We are out of Mississippi State Fabric (more coming soon), but you can find other collegiate and maroon fabrics here.
9. FOR MACHINE REPAIRS please click HERE to check-in your machine and pay the deposit. Drop off times are 10:00 Noon to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 
10. We need the phone line to stay open in order to handle curbside pickup and machine sales. Please try emailing us first at cottonblossomfarm@gmail.com.
11. CLASSES: All classes are cancelled/postponed until further notice. If you receive an email reminder for a class, please disregard, this is an automated email. It is our sincere desire to reschedule all classes to future dates.
12. REFUNDS: If you wish to receive a refund for any class you may request that via email. Please do not call, as our phone line is overwhelmed. You are welcome to choose a refund in the form of store credit or a refund directly to your previous form of payment. Just let us know your preference in your email.

13. We will continue to have order online with curbside pickup. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Although we can’t list Baby Lock Feet and other Baby Lock branded items on our website, we can take phone/email orders for those items.

The CDC is now recommending that everyone wear a mask when in public.  A news article summarized the CDC position:

“Simple cloth masks that cover the mouth and nose can prevent virus transmission from people who are infected but have no symptoms when they must go into public settings, such as grocery stores, the guidance states. It makes clear the cloth covering is not intended to protect the wearer but to prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to others.” 

We are ready to provide your mask making supplies and will update our website as more supplies become available.  We can sell you a machine if you need one or are ready for an upgrade.  Curbside pickup and shipping available for machine purchases.  Machines with prices are listed on our website but we may be able to quote a better price - especially on the larger machines!  Have a trade?  Let us know.

If you plan to be at home for a while, now is the time to purchase a NEW machine. We are slashing prices on in-stock sewing, quilting, serger and embroidery machines.
