*UPDATE* We have been deemed an essential business due to the need for mask making supplies. We will remain open for shipping and curbside pickup. Many quilt shops across the country are staying open for mask making supplies. We have the strictest sanitizing schedule and your health and the health of our employees is our top priority. If you choose curbside pickup at checkout, our pickup times will remain Mon – Fri 12:00pm – 3:00pm. You will receive an email (after your order confirmation email) stating that your package is ready. Please wait for that email before you arrive. Once you arrive at the shop, call us from the parking lot. Our phone number is on the door. We only have one phone line, so if you have trouble reaching us, please try again. We will set your package outside the door.  For your health and the best interest of our staff, we ask that remain in your car until you package is set outside by the door.  


We do not have any 1/4" elastic by the yard.  Sadly, our suppliers are out as well.  If/when we get more elastic we will update the quantity on our web site, so no need to call.

The CDC is now recommending that everyone wear a mask when in public.  A news article summarized the CDC position:

“Simple cloth masks that cover the mouth and nose can prevent virus transmission from people who are infected but have no symptoms when they must go into public settings, such as grocery stores, the guidance states. It makes clear the cloth covering is not intended to protect the wearer but to prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to others.”


We are ready to provide your mask making supplies and will update our website as more supplies become available.  We can sell you a machine if you need one or are ready for an upgrade.  Curbside pickup and shipping available for machine purchases.  Machines with prices are listed on our website but we may be able to quote a better price - especially on the larger machines!  Have a trade?  Let us know.


If you plan to be at home for a while, now is the time to purchase a NEW machine. We are slashing prices on in-stock sewing, quilting, serger and embroidery machines.  All offers will be entertained!

FAQs for the next few weeks: 

  1. The shop will be closed for in-store shopping starting Wednesday March 18 at 12 noon.
  2.  Our web site is now up and running and all of our fabric and kits are online!
  3.  You may shop there, purchase online and choose shipping or curbside pickup
  4.  If you choose “curbside pickup” your package will available for pickup once you receive an email stating is is ready. Pick up times are Mon-Fri between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00 pm. Note: You will receive an email when your package is available for pickup. 
  5.  Staff will be in the shop to set your package outside the door when you arrive, but not available for assistance or questions.

  7.  We are happy to answer emailed questions regarding your machine, software or general sewing, quilting issues.  
  8.  If there is something you do not see on the web site, feel free to email and if we have it we might be able to arrange payment and pickup or shipping.
  9.  FOR MACHINE REPAIRS please click HERE to check-in your machine and pay the refundable deposit. Drop off times are 12:00 and 3:00, Monday through Friday. 
  10.  CLASSES: All classes are cancelled/postponed after Wednesday March 18 and until further notice. If you have signed up for a class, you will receive an email explaining the status of the class and offering you options. If you receive an email reminder for a class, please disregard, this is an automated email. It is our sincere desire to reschedule all classes to future dates.
  11.  REFUNDS: If you wish to receive a refund for any class you may request that via email.  You are welcome to choose a refund in the form of store credit or a refund directly to your previous form of payment. Just let us know your preference in your email.
