Full-Time Front Sales Manager AND Retail Sales Staff

The Cotton Blossom Fabric Shoppe has big things going on and we need great people who can work with us to achieve our goals. We are looking for:

*An experienced manager who will work with our current team to usher in a new era in our shop.  
*A happy, enthusiastic sales assistant. Full or part-time.

What we are looking for:

Humble, Energetic, Willing to Learn and Teach, Quick Learner, and Tech Savvy

Job Responsibilities: WOW customers with amazing customer service - Build and lead a motivated happy team - Have fun

Requirements:

Love helping others find the perfect fabric or sewing machine
Ideally have 2+ years of leading a team
Be comfortable with technology and learning new technology
Be comfortable with sewing, quilting and/or embroidery or with a strong willingness to learn. On the job training available. 

Retail Sales Staff
What we are looking for:
Happy enthusiastic people who would love to help others find the perfect ingredients for their next project. Knowledge of sewing, quilting, embroidery, fabric a plus.
