What is Kimberbell Club?
You can join our Monthly Kimberbell Program, which is a variety of exclusive Kimberbell designs, a different project each month. We will have 12 projects for you to participate in! You can participate from anywhere virtually (or IN PERSON) and receive our Kimberbell Digital Dealer Exclusive Designs (DDE)! You can sign up for the entire year or you can get each design and kit individually.

Receive EXCLUSIVE Digital Dealer Designs that only a Kimberbell Shop can provide! We will offer kits for each design too!
What can you expect?
- You will receive 1 design from Kimberbell on the 1st of each month. You will find the downloadable design by logging into your Kimberbell.com account (if you are using a different email address for Kimberbell than with our shoppe, please let us know when joining the club). A sneak peek image & description of each month's project is provided for quick viewing further down the page below.
- Join us on the last Friday of each month (Except holiday months) at 10:00 AM CST on our main Facebook page or YouTube channel as we give tips for each month's project. January, November and December may fall on a different Friday. FUN FACT: This is known as "Tips Class". In-person, live lecture/demo is also happening at the Shoppe for those who'd like to come!
- You will have early access to the monthly kits available for separate purchase. Kits have enough fabric and embellishments to make the larger size project for each month. Please purchase or pre-order the kits as soon as you know you want them, so we are sure to have enough for everyone.
If I participate in DDE, can I make changes to my order?
Once each single-user design license has been purchased, there will be no refunds given. Once downloaded, a single-user design may not be reassigned.
What can I expect for the DDE designs?
DDE designs include machine embroidery files and digital instructions. The program was thoughtfully structured to include projects that highlight new techniques and embellishments with varying degrees of difficulty. Additionally, some of the projects will come with an alternate design and/or be available in multiple hoop sizes.
What are the hoop sizes?
Most designs can be done in a 5x7 hoop or larger, and some will include additional sizes as well. If you have a larger hoop, we encourage you to use it! All kits for sale will be enough fabric for the largest size if there is more than one option.
Are embellishments included?
No, but you may choose to purchase Digital Dealer Exclusives Embellishments from us at The Cotton Blossom Fabric Shoppe. These are optional but will be made available to you.

What are my design choices?
- Designs are sent in all formats and will be available from your Kimberbell account
- Full Year Subscription or Individual Months designs (Note individual design purchases do not get access to the Exclusive Kimberbell Private Facebook group).

2) Wait 1-2 business days for us to notify Kimberbell you have purchased the designs
3) You will receive an email from Kimberbell with a link to access your designs (1 each month for 12 months)
4) Click the link in your email (make sure to give us the correct email) to go to your Kimberbell account or create an account
5) Download your designs and instructions as many times as you would like!
