Children's Corner April Dress
Girls Dress Class
April is a dress perfect for Easter, inspired by the vintage pinafore. The bodice is framed in gentle ruffles, and we will be using Swiss embroidery to make ours for the dress. Unlike the traditional pinafore, April has a lined bodice so that it can be worn on its own. The back bodice has a wrap-around facing for a couture finish. The dress closes in the back with buttons, has a continuous bound placket, and can be made with an optional sash. Pattern available 6 mo to 14 years.
Date: March 3-4 We will have class on the 3rd from 9:30-4 and then use the 4th from 9:30-11:30 for anyone who needs additional help to complete the project.
BONUS - Shopping day with Barbara Tuesday February 28, 3:30-4:30 (optional but highly recommended)

Items needed for class must be purchased from The Cotton Blossom (fabric, patterns, rulers, books, specialty thread, etc.) If you have basic sewing supplies and they are not listed below, please bring those (pins, scissors, seam ripper, needles, thread, etc.).
