Heirloom Daygown Class

We will be making an heirloom version of Gingersnaps pattern Brantley, Homecoming Daygown. Brantley is an easy-too-sew pattern that is perfect for a home-from-the-hospital gown for baby boy or girl. The bishop design allows a margin for size variations and includes preemie, newborn, infant, and large sizes. It features a three-quarter length sleeve and a long puff sleeve, We will make the version with the back button down closing. This is a perfect opportunity to use your skills of heirloom sewing!

Supplies Needed:
Sewing machine that you know how to use, including cord, foot pedal, and instruction book
All feet that go with your machine. You will need an open toe foot and a quarter inch foot.
Gingersnaps Brantley pattern
Fabric-1 yard of 60 inch or 1.5 yards of 45 inch
Insertion-3/4 yard
Edging-1.25 yards
Entredeux-2.75 yards
60 weight thread
70/10 needle (Make sure you put a new needle in your machine.)
OESD Wash Away Tape
Best Press
Wash away marker
