Smocked Bishop Dress
We will make a classic Bishop dress with smocking around the neck. The Children's Corner Bishop pattern is available in size NB-24 months and 3-6 years. You may choose the classic puffed sleeve or make an angel sleeve if you wish. (If you choose the angel sleeve option, Barbara needs to know TWO weeks in advance so she can have the proper trim available for the sleeve.)
* The first class is preparing the dress to the point for smocking.
* Barbara will pleat the dress, and you will take it home to smock prior to the second class.
* We will talk about possible colors to smock your dress, but you will be responsible for selecting your own floss and purchasing it.
* We will make the view that buttons down the back.
