SHIPPING:

Machines are shipped via UPS.  We use UPS for some of our fabric/notions unless otherwise stated which will be shipped via USPS.   

UPS' policy currently will not allow us to ship to Post Office Boxes.    

International shipping is available for fabrics & select notions only.  We cannot ship machines out of the United States at this time.

RETURNS:

No returns on machines, cut fabric, sale/clearance items, books, patterns, or other printed materials. 
No cash refunds.

All other products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase and in original packaging, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition.
